In sad news for all runners on the Wait List, unfortunately we will not have the capacity to open up entries from the waitlist this year. Refunds have now closed, so if you are still keen to enter your only option is to get a transfer from a currently registered runner who is no longer able to participate. Keep an eye on the Raffertys Coastal Run Facebook Event page and you might get lucky.
If someone offers you a transfer entry, make sure that the correct transfer procedure is followed. You should not transfer money to the outgoing participant directly – the transfer must happen via the registration platform. More info HERE.
If you can’t get yourself an entry but are still keen to come along we’d love to have you as a volunteer for the day! Volunteers receive a free entry into any Max Adventure event of their choice along with a Volunteer Shirt, cap and lunch/snacks, a perfect opportunity to give back to the trail running community.
