Course

There are three marshalled feed stations along the course. At the feed stations, runners will have access to the following:

  • First Aid
  • Unlimited quantities of water
  • Tailwind Nutrition
  • Selection of Fruit, ie bananas
  • Selection of lollies

NOTE: There will be no cups at the feed stations, so you will need to carry a water bottle or hydration pack (or similar) to refill.

Distances to Feed Stations

Due to the circular nature of the 22km and 36km courses, runners doing the longer distances will have multiple access to certain feed stations.

36km Course

4.5km - Feed Station 1 (Pacific Highway Overpass)
12.5km - Feed Station 2 (Middle Camp Inlet)***
19.5km - Feed Station 3 (Frazer Beach)
26.5km - Feed Station 2 (Middle Camp Inlet)
32.5km - Feed Station 1 (Pacific Highway Overpass)

22km Course

4.5km - Feed Station 1 (Pacific Highway Overpass)
12.5km - Feed Station 2 (Middle Camp Inlet)
18.5km - Feed Station 1 (Pacific Highway Overpass)

12km Course

4.5km - Feed Station 1 (Pacific Highway Overpass)
8.5km - Feed Station 1 (Pacific Highway Overpass)

*** A short course time cut off is in place at this Aid Station for 36km Course entries only. Runners must reach this point by 11.15am or will be redirected onto the 22km course. Short coursed runners will be classified as 22km course finishers and their results will reflect this. Runners aiming to finish the Triple Trail Challenge who do not make this cut off will not be ranked as finishers for the purposes of the Triple Trail Challenge.
